No poisonous or carcinogenic substances are being used in formulation of any Univacco stamping foil. According the ordinance on hazardous materials and substances (EU 11/2010), stamping foils do not represent a harmful or hazardous material (SVHC). In addition, our stamping foils do not contain any kinds of harmful heavy metals and being coated with a very thin Aluminium-coating-layer, achieving here through shiny and colourful metallic effects. The thickness of the very thin Aluminium-coating-layer applied is hereby in average up to five hundred times thinner as known household Aluminium foil. After the foil-transfer of the stamping foil, no polyester carrier film remains on the applied substrate which makes the application plastic free by reducing in the same time weight of the end user product. Simply the metallized coating layers are being transferred to enhance the applied substrates or surfaces, containing a high reflective coated Aluminium layer.
International regulations and related frameworks with which our products comply accordingly can be find in overview below.
